Nettleton Road Private Residence

The 16 Nettleton Road project comprises alterations and upgrades to an existing luxury private residence, focused on enhancing spatial quality, functionality, and long-term performance while retaining the home’s strong architectural character. The works are carefully coordinated within an occupied, high-value coastal property, with particular attention given to detailing, sequencing, and quality control. The project balances contemporary refinement with sensitivity to its prominent setting and views.

Logistics Hub

The project comprises the development of a new logistics and support hub designed to service regional operations within northern Botswana. The facility includes warehousing, cold and freezer storage, office accommodation, service yards, and associated infrastructure, planned to support efficient supply, storage, and distribution in a remote operating environment. The design prioritises durability, operational efficiency, and adaptability, with careful consideration given to servicing, vehicle movement, and long-term maintenance.

Elela is a high-end safari lodge development set within one of Africa’s most ecologically sensitive landscapes. The project comprises the delivery of a new lodge and supporting infrastructure, carefully planned to balance exceptional guest experience with environmental stewardship. The design approach emphasises light-touch construction, discreet integration into the landscape, and long-term operational sustainability, while maintaining Singita’s benchmark for refined luxury and craftsmanship.

Boulder House, Kenya

Boulder House is a bespoke private residence set within a dramatic natural landscape, conceived as a discreet retreat that responds sensitively to its surroundings. The design is anchored around the site’s existing rock formations and topography, with architecture and interiors carefully integrated into the landscape to minimise visual impact while maximising views, light, and connection to nature. The project prioritises longevity, comfort, and a refined but understated aesthetic suited to remote living.

Camp House

Camp House is a low-impact private retreat designed to sit lightly within its natural setting, drawing inspiration from traditional safari camps while offering the comfort and permanence of a contemporary residence. The project is organised as a series of simple, well-considered structures that open out to the landscape, prioritising views, natural ventilation, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection. Material choices and detailing are intentionally restrained, allowing the surrounding environment to remain the primary focus.

Existing Island Lodge Redevelopment

This project involves the assessment and redevelopment of an existing island lodge, with the objective of upgrading guest facilities, infrastructure, and operational performance while respecting the constraints of a remote island environment. The scope considers refurbishment, selective demolition, and potential reconfiguration of buildings and services to improve resilience, sustainability, and long-term functionality. Particular focus is placed on logistics, buildability, and minimising environmental impact during both construction and operation.
