Overvue is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor with 1–5 years’ experience to support the commercial management of high-end residential and hospitality developments. This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior team members and clients while building strong technical and commercial foundations.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and feasibility studies
• Support the development and monitoring of project budgets
• Assist with tender documentation and procurement processes
• Measure and value works in progress
• Assist with progress payment certifications and variation assessments
• Maintain cost reports and financial tracking tools
• Support final account preparation and negotiations
• Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting
• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• 1–5 years’ relevant industry experience
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Basic understanding of JBCC or similar standard forms of contract
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Professional registration candidacy advantageous
