Overvue is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5–15 years’ experience to lead complex construction and development projects from inception through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, programme management, and coordination skills, with exposure to high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Lead and coordinate the professional team across all project stages
• Develop and manage master programmes and key milestones
• Manage design coordination and information flow
• Oversee procurement strategy and contractor appointment
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and risk
• Chair project meetings and issue formal minutes
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
• Oversee commercial performance in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
• Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
• Drive projects to practical completion and final close-out
• BSc in Construction Management or related built environment degree
• 5–15 years’ relevant experience in construction project management
• Experience managing projects through all project stages / Stage 1–6 equivalents
• Strong leadership and coordination capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (JBCC preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
• Professional registration (PrCPM or similar) advantageous
