Concept & Viability
Developing the project concept in accordance with the brief — defining scope, scale, character, and form. We prepare the financial viability model, establish procurement policy, manage funding requirements, and coordinate marketing and end-user strategies.

Design Development
Coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams to finalise the design, outline specifications, and cost plan. We manage statutory approvals, review sustainable design compliance, monitor cash flow, and ensure all documentation aligns with the approved brief and budget.

Documentation & Procurement
Preparing construction and procurement documentation, managing the tender process, and facilitating contract awards. We procure project insurances, review adjudication of tenders, and ensure appropriate risk allocation across all contractual appointments.

Construction
Active management during the build phase — attending site meetings, reviewing scope, time, and cost variations, processing progress payments, and monitoring quality standards. We coordinate end-user installations and ensure timeous project delivery.

Close-out & Handover
Managing practical completion, distributing as-built documentation, warranties, and compliance certificates. We monitor defect rectification during the defects liability period, settle final accounts, and assist with procuring facilities management resources.
